Some areas require an FFL transfer for antique and black powder firearms (New Jersey, NYC, etc.). It is the buyer’s responsibility to find out if there are any special regulations in their state before purchasing.
Edged weapons: require the buyer to be 18 years of age or older. Buyer signifies that he/she meets these criteria by purchasing.
Release from Liability
Buyer is solely responsible for determining that a new or used gun or accessory is safe to shoot. The firearms and accessories offered have not been test-fired. Whether purchased here or somewhere else we urge every buyer to have any new or used firearm or accessory they purchase inspected by a qualified gunsmith before use. By bidding, the buyer agrees to hold seller harmless against damages, injury, or death caused by defective merchandise. If a firearm is listed as a Gunsmith Special or Parts Gun, it is a non-functional firearm and must be repaired.
