This listing is for a Colt AR-15 Commando Upper with an 11.5″ barrel. It includes a Colt M16 BCG, a fixed front sight, and a GG&G rear flip sight.
You will receive one like the ones pictured. They all came from the same department, and they all appear to have been used very little.
